Thermo-Fin
Among thermal components, Thermo-Fin applies the “thermosiphon” principle, in which a medium transfers heat with its physical properties by vaporing into gas and rising when heated, then cooling down to a liquid state and flowing back by gravity. Thermo-Fin Coolers are produced by cold-embedding newly designed Thermo-Fins into a chamber instead of the traditional die-cast fins. Thermo-Fin utilizes the phase change of coolants to achieve high heat transfer efficiency and reduce the weight of machines.
