Heat Pipe
The primary function of heat pipes is to expand hot spots with high heat flux density to achieve temperature equalization quickly. Its advantages include fast heat transfer, low start-up temperature, temperature equalization performance, and long service life. For applications, high-efficiency thermal modules composed of heat pipes are used in high-power devices such as CPUs, GPUs, LEDs, projectors, and servers. Smaller handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets often use ultra-slim heat pipes. Experienced in developing and manufacturing heat pipes, TaiSol communicates directly with system customers and end users to provide various thermal solutions with different thermal components.
