Vapor Chamber
Vapor chambers contain working fluid in their closed vacuum chamber and dissipate heat through the circulation of working fluid evaporation and condensation. Unlike heat pipes which enable one-dimensional heat transfer, vapor chambers transfer heat in two dimensions to achieve fast heat transfer and rapid temperature equalization.
